It wasn't expensive but works fine. Do you need a mega-expensive one when this is perfectly adequate? (& if it gets broken you just get another!)

Unfortunately, the unit was faulty and would not recognise the memory card. However, we contacted the seller, and they sent a replacement straight away.Excellent prompt service,
 
Poor quality, unreliable, awful support posted on 2009-09-09
We bought this frame in Nov last year; when it arrived we struggled to get pictures to display clearly since the quality is poor and the resolution low.

It died in October; we called Mustek who asked us to obtain another receipt from Amazon, fax or send it to them (no they won't accept an e-mailed receipt), send it to Milton Keynes at our expense, at which point they will forward it to Ireland and consider whether to replace or repair. In other words, the support process is as abstruse and awkward as possible to put you off returning what is a cheap and nasty product in the first place.

So don't buy this, or any other Mustek product.

I am very pleased with the product Mustec PF-A702b 7" Digital Photo Frame-Black which I recently purchased from Amazon, the service they give is excellent I cannot fault them at all, Thank you Percy Tucker.

I have had this 2 week it is very good value for money at under £30 Sony is over £120 get a 1GB SD card with it as I have been advised, it works OK, as the 2 MG does not work with it!
