This is NOT an original laser toner cartridge as advertised and when I emailed the company to query, they have not responded to email to explain or offer a refund on their mis-advertisement.
The quality of the printing from the cartridge is appaling and has not lasted very long and we have since had to revert back to our normal supplier and already have had to order a new cartridge.
A very disappointing experience and will now think twice about ordering computer supplies off the web!

I bought the cartridge on amazon.com from an amazon seller (ie not a third party seller on the site).
I actually received the item very quickly from the seller, and it was exactly as advertised.
I fixed it into the printer as instructed and it works fine.
Buying from amazon is a very easy process and the results speak for themselves.
