Nearly gave it 5 stars but did give it 4. They should have told me how to contact a Philadelphia lawyer as to how to set the time of day on it !

I bought this microwave specifically for the additional grill function - had to replace an older Panasonic (with grill) that died. The first one that arrived had to be returned as the grill didn't work at all, the second one appears to work, but the grill takes twice as long as it should to cook anything - and that's on the full power setting. And, on arrival, the grill rack didn't fit the microwave plate - had to bend the leg slightly to get it to fit on... Considered sending it back (again), but returns to Amazon are a real hassle (cunning ploy), so decided it wasn't worth it.

The microwave function is fine and works pretty efficiently. And as a previous Panasonic owner - the loud beep doesn't bother me. However, if you're considering this model for a grill that actually grills - forget it. The grill function doesn't work properly and it's a waste of money. You'd be better off forking out a bit extra for a better model - wish I'd done that, but it's too late now...

This is the second Panasonic I have purchased and again first class
If it last as long as our previous one no complaints

Yes, it's OK, the inside could have done with an extra 2 to 3 centimetres, as it is a bit to small for my excisting cover. but yes, not bad, I have not tried the GRILL part yet.

This microwave,is well made,simple to operate,and ideal for a small family unit.The only drawback,is its size,which limits its abilities,all in all,it is good value,and you get exactly what you pay for
