Great product and such a good price. I use it for my Nikon D3000 and even with the lens hood on it fits in there. Zip up pockets make it great for storing memory cards, lenspens, body caps e.t.c
As many others have said if you've got more than just a kit lens then this may not be the best case for you, but if you are starting out and need something cheap to protect your kit this is great !
 
A good fit for the Panasonic Lumix FZ38 posted on 2010-07-16
I spent some time looking for a suitable case for my FZ38 but they always seemed to be too small or much too large. This case is ideal as it takes the camera with the lens hood attached and there is still room for a spare memory card, battery and lens filters. For the price the quality is excellent.
 
Good but too big for the Lumix G1/G2/G10 posted on 2010-06-30
This is a good, well designed and well made bag. The opening away from you makes it easy to remove the camera (some bags open the other way and are a bit awkward). If it was the right size I'd give it 5 stars.

However I bought it for my Panasonic Lumix G1 but this case is a bit large for the camera with standard 14-45mm lens which is not held snugly and can move around. It is also fractionally too small for the body + 45-200mm zoom which is disappointing.

I'll probably devise a bit of extra padding & use it for the standard zoom , either that or sell it and buy something more suitable..

The bag is spacious, I can get my old casio point and click in its case sat in the bottom of the bag and have my finepix superzoom sat on top of this and the bag still has room.

The lid has a compartment I use for storing memory cards, the internal zip has a leather/suede flap so that it does not touch your equipment when the zip is closed and the lid is shut.
The compartment is a mesh material with a plastic cover so it you have the lid open and it starts to raid your cards will not get wet.

The front pocket can happily sit 8 AA batteries in 2 cases and still has room other small items you may want to store.

The back panel for belt attachment is strong and the bag feels secured; however I prefer to use the strap. The strap itself attaches to the bag with strong plastic clips and has a leather section in the middle to allow it to feel more comfortable and less slippy around the neck.

The zips (there are 2) on the top of the bag have toggles on them to allow an easy find in that moment of 'need the camera now'. The zip on the front pouch does not have a toggle but I feel it doesn't need one either. The zips run smoothly and like other lowepro products feel good quality and are stitched in very neatly and securely.

The handle on top of the bag is comfortable to hold and the padding fits perfectly in my hand.

If you have batteries in the front of the bag it will topple forward if the camera is not in it - other than that I cannot fault the product as it is that good.

Got it from Amzon, within a day delivered. Excellent. First of all, after read all the review, I have decided to give this one a go as a second bag to compliment my lowepro rucksack. Surprisingly, despite so-called 'Mini Case', my d80 with 18-55 lenses fit snugly even with its cord. So guys, size does not matter in this case!
